    BSOD stop 0x00000124 please help!!

Okay so I am getting this BSOD and I have no idea what the cause of this one is.
My system is a fresh and clean install and for a few weeks I haven't had any problems at all
and then just today this BSOD comes up when I play Battlefield 4, I haven't tried it with other games it was just battlefield 4 for now.

I think it may be overheating but when I look at the temps from my GPU they're quite normal 60ish when playing games, from my Cpu i am not certain because strangely speedfan doesn't give me the correct temps of my Cpu its says it is at a 120degrees while my MSI command center says 35 when doing nothing.
So I couldn't log my temps properly.

I do have my CPU overclocked which is stable for like 3 weeks now...

So I hope you guys can help me out with this error.

    Specs:

    Windows 7 64bit
    MSI Z87-G45 Gaming
    Intel i5-4670K clocked at 4.2Ghz
    Club 3D Radeon7870 Default settings
    8gb ram kingston 1333mhz

You have an ACER key on a retail MSI (MS-7821) motherboard that equals piracy.
