got another again i think its worsening
i got error on memtest96
sorry for late result cause my friend borrow my flash drive
do i need to replace my ram?
If you get errors then you'll need to swap your RAM sticks around to determine whether or not it's the RAM sticks or motherboard DIMM slots.
If the output is like this then you have bad RAM so the stick(s) need replacing.
No code has to be inserted here.
If the output is like this then you should replace the motherboard, however you can leave that DIMM slot empty although it's not advised to use a system with a faulty motherboard.
No code has to be inserted here.
Probably because games are more RAM intensive so more is loaded into memory which causes the crashes.
Do as I suggested so we can determine whether or not the slot is bad or the RAM module.
i will just RMA cause its under waranty. what application should i use to determine that my laptop is good to go when it came back to me?
Just do what you normally do and see if the issue continues.
when i test it on memtest it must be 0 error right?
Yes, a single error is enough to cause any issues.
