BSOD while PC is idle most common ntoskrnl.exe

I have been a experiencing BSOD for over a month now. It seems to only happen when my PC is idle for >20 minutes. Taking a peak with BlueScreenView the problem seems to be with ntoskrnl.exe but I really do not know how to interrupt these results and come to a solution so I am reaching out to Seven Forums for some help. Although ntoskrnl.exe is the most common to appear there are a variety of error messages. Attached is the data collected by SF Diagnostic, hopefully this includes all the information we need to troubleshoot these BSODs.

    A few extra notes:
I was having Blue Screens a few months back that also seemed to trigger when the PC was idle for some time, or when booting. Since then, I reformatted my OS drive and for a while I did not experience any Blue Screens; however, the problem seems to have returned. This immediately leads me to believe that is it a hardware issue. (but I am no professional troubleshooter)

When I recently was cleaning my custom built PC I noticed something particular about my RAM. I am running 8GB (4x2GB) all the same brand and model, however, these sticks were purchased at different times as I felt like I needed more RAM. I noticed that two of my sticks run at 1.80v while the other two run at 1.90v. I have no idea if this information is relevant but I thought it was worth mentioning. The sticks are all Corsair XMS2 series stick, but they have different "version" numbers. I currently have the 1.80v sticks paired in dual channel with each other and the 1.90v paired in dual channel with each other.

I look forward to any response and hopefully solving these annoying Blue Screens.

    Thanks,

    -Noodle

I ran 8 passes of Memtest about 4 months ago when I first started facing Bluescreens, no errors were found. I will run it again either tonight or tomorrow night and post the results here. Anyone have thoughts about the various errors appearing in my Minidumps? Thanks for the suggestion.

Alright so I ran both Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool and Memtest86+, but it seems like I have some mixed results. To start I ran Memory Diagnostic Tool for 6 extended passes, and during it I noticed the status said "hardware problems detected" however, it seems to have reached 98% overall (last number I saw) and then crashed, because I cannot find the results listed in my Event Viewer.

I also ran 4 passes with Memtest86+ with no errors detected.

These are my initial results, I plan to rerun Memory Diagnostic Tool and hopefully get some viewable results, as well as run a higher number of passes with Memtest86+. Any thoughts on my situation would be helpful, is it common to see mixed results with these memory testing tools?

Can you run the dm log collector again as your msinfo32 file is corrupt.

I've seen a few bugchecks relating to network errors,
your realtek driver is being flagged.

You have the latest version installed already.
Have you made sure the right one is installed?

If so roll back using the device manager.

    Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for Rt64win7.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for Rt64win7.sys
    Probably caused by : Rt64win7.sys ( Rt64win7+1aba6 )
A USB driver also appears to be causing problems, unfortunately it can't be identified.

Upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView:

    • Download and execute Driverview
    • View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
    • Edit > Select all
    • File > Save Selected Items
    • In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
    • Zip the .txt file and upload it.

Can you also roll back your graphics driver as these latest versions have been causing some issues.
Unfortunately I don't know much about which drivers are stable for AMD cards and I've never used one so I can't assist much on that, if it starts getting flagged a lot I'll call for assistance.
Follow these instructions and roll back to a date around mid last year.

How-To Install AMD Catalyst? Drivers For A Windows® Based System

First off thank you for the response Doctor, I am still experiencing quite a few errors. I scheduled Windows Memory Diagnostics to run 3 extended passes overnight and set my computer's power settings to sleep after going idle. When I returned to my computer this morning I woke my computer up, but it crashed during the wake up process, which seems to have prevented a results log from being saved. So no progress there.

I completely uninstalled my graphic cards driver, and reinstalled a version that I used for a long time with no issues, 13.12. I also rolled back my Realtek LAN drivers (my mobo has two Ethernet ports) I identified my chip (RTL8111C) and downloaded the correct drivers directly from the Realtek website.

During the installation of the AMD driver I did experience an error but I think it is irrelevant and concerning the AMD Gaming Evolved App, attached are the install logs.

In regards to my msinfo32 it seems that the file size is way too large for an .nfo due to the number of errors in the log. In an attempt to reduce file size I have cleared both my application log and system log per Event Viewer (of course I made back ups of the logs) The file still seems to be too large. I know it is a pain, but I seem able to view the msinfo32 as a text file without issues. If there is a method to ensure a smaller msinfo32 size please share.

I've recollected my data with both SF Diag tool and DM Log Collector, as well as driver viewer, all files are attached.
