BSOD Still crashes after a factory reset. Attempt to reset the display

BSOD Still crashes after a factory reset. Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed.

I thought a clean factory reset will fix the issue. But it is still has the BSOD. I have uploaded the zip file that contains the dump as instructed.

    Your display driver is outdated.
Update it by following these instructions.

How-To Install AMD Catalyst? Drivers For A Windows® Based System

    Code:

I did that before and it still failed which is why I did another clean factory reboot.

Look, if you don't want to take advice then don't ask but I'm trying to point you in the right direction.
First update the display driver then see if the issue continues.

If so then try testing your GPU.

Stress test your graphics card with Furmark

I recommend running it for around 30 minutes

       Warning

Furmark will increase the temperature of your GPU rapidly so keep and eye on your temperatures

There are no new dump files.
    Check in this directory.

    C:/Windows/minidump

Your display driver is still fairly out of date.

    Code:
    0: kd> lmvm atikmdag
    start end module name
    fffff880`05034000 fffff880`05be7000 atikmdag (deferred)
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmdag.sys
        Image name: atikmdag.sys

    Is your computer a laptop?

If so then uninstall all AMD drivers, restart then run Windows Update to install their driver and see how things go.
