BSOD during desktop loading after welcome screen error 0x00000050

Howdy. It's listed as a Registry error. I've included the SF Diagnostic tool thing. Currently am able to get safe mode up thankfully. I renamed the zip file as requested in the SF Diagnostic Tool Tutorial. I'd be very grateful of any and all assistance. Thank you for your time. : )

I looked through other threads with similar titles and saw advice to run chkdsk C: /F I did and now when I go to login in regular mode I get REGISTRY_ERROR 0x00000051. I again included it below, this time under the name JazzyOJ 11_19

Additional Information: While going through event viewer and looking through the past view days. Every 4 minutes or so event viewer shows a pair of errors saying: The Network Connections service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 111 time(s). (Or however many times its happened before)
followed by
The WLAN AutoConfig service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 120000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

Following it back to 4/29 (The time when it says the error happened 1 time) I found the following group of errors:

The Windows Audio Endpoint Builder service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

The Human Interface Device Access service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 120000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

The Network Connections service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 100 milliseconds: Restart the service.

The Program Compatibility Assistant Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

The Superfetch service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

The Distributed Link Tracking Client service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 120000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

The Desktop Window Manager Session Manager service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 120000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

The Diagnostic System Host service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).

The WLAN AutoConfig service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 120000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

Hopefully this is enough information that we can start to figure it out. Let me know if I need to provide more info.

You are getting 0x51 errors which indicate a severe registry error has occurred, have you been using Registry cleaning programs?
You should avoid them for reasons like this.

It could be caused by hardware, especially I/O errors.

Memtest86 will test your RAM

Information

Run Memtest86 for at least 8 passes so we get enough information to confirm that your RAM isn't failing

Run a Disk Check to scan for errors

Note

Afterwards go into an Elevated Command Prompt (Run as administrator) and type in sfc /scannow
If it finds errors reboot and run the scan two more times

Run SeaTools to see if your HDD or SSD is failing

Avast is causing issues here.

Uninstall Avast with their removal tool
then install MSE and Malwarebytes.

Tip

Make sure you don't enable the free trial of malwarebytes pro

Afterwards download and run:

Use Kaspersky's TDSSKiller Anti Rootkit utility

http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/disinfection/5350

Then run a full scan with MSE and MBAM.

Post back the results.
