Well we have a few different culprits being flagged,
Your video driver is one,
Code:
BugCheck D1, {208, 2, 0, fffff88002c0924b}
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmdag.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmdag.sys
Code:
Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmdag.sys

Timestamp: Thu Apr 17 19:13:16 2014 (53508A3C)

ImageSize: 00F10000
Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Looks like the latest version, try using an older version and see if that helps.
Previous AMD Catalyst? Display Drivers
I didn't see you mention testing your video card, that might be a good idea too,

The other driver mentioned a couple times is your realtek ethernet driver,
Code:

Also not very old but you can try updating that,
Realtek
And a couple of memory corruption dumps as well,
Code:
BugCheck 50, {fffffa80c4bae67b, 0, fffff80002cdc7bf, 5}
Could not read faulting driver name
Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiAgeWorkingSet+4df )
I know you said you ran Memtest86+, did you check each module in each slot for at least 8 passes?
