Code:

0x116 bugchecks indicate an attempt to reset the display has failed within the allocated time interval which initiated a bugcheck.

Code:
2: kd> u fffff8800fbd5d1c
nvlddmkm+0x98bd1c:
fffff880`0fbd5d1c 48ff25ddb9edff jmp qword ptr [nvlddmkm+0x867700 (fffff880`0fab1700)]

fffff880`0fbd5d3b cc int 3
I can't say I know that much about the int 3 assembly instruction but I believe it's to do with breakpoints being set.

There are a lot of jump instructions transferring the flow of control.

The main thing that makes this look driver related is the error code.

Code:
2: kd> !error ffffffffc000009a
Error code: (NTSTATUS) 0xc000009a (3221225626) - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.
Because this is a minidump I cannot look at the pool usage.

Code:
2: kd> lmvm nvlddmkm
start end module name
fffff880`0f24a000 fffff880`0feae000 nvlddmkm T (no symbols)

I suggest rolling back to an earlier version, the best driver version is 314.22 but the 700 series do not support drivers that old so I would try a few different versions, starting with the oldest.

These instructions are useful.

Try uninstalling the existing drivers completely, then reboot the computer. Once it restarts, run Windows Update....now check for Optional updates. You should be offered a video card driver that has at least been tested by Microsoft. Install it and see if the system stays stable.

Still exactly the same.

Code:
BugCheck 116, {fffffa800c8684e0, fffff8800a7a0d1c, ffffffffc000009a, 4}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2

Still looks like a driver issue to me.

Code:
3: kd> lmvm nvlddmkm
start end module name
fffff880`09e15000 fffff880`0aa79000 nvlddmkm T (no symbols)

You haven't done as Golden has suggested.
