    BSOD error 0x0000004A

Hi guys i hope you can help me. I never had any problems with windows until now. I suspect this is related to some shitty spyware that i got the past days (webssearches bar, btw i cannot remove that crap). I've installed ad-aware software.

Anyways, i'm attaching the debug files. 3 or 4 crashes in 2 hours. I use the laptop for work so it'd be awesome if i can get this solved asap.

    Thanks!!

    Welcome to the forum zeba5,

    Please upload your MSINFO file.

    MSINFO32:
    • Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
    • Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
    • Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

    Then continue with these steps,

    Reduce items at start-up:

    Perform a clean boot:

    Scan with Kaspersky TDSSKiller:

    ESET online scanner:

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

Recommended antivirus software for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-

       Warning
Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Post a screenshot of your Hard Drive(s) using Crystal Disk Info software:

    Run a Hard Drive test:

Check for heating issues using Speccy or HWmonitor

    Upload a screen shot:

Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

    Let us know the results.
