The point I was attempting to make is that OEM_SLP copies of Windows 7 Ultimate were not available after the launch of Windows 8 - another sign that your install is counterfeit.

Both Office and Windows are fakes.
Where did you purchase your copy of Windows 7? - in what form?

i got it from the most known and reliable store in my country :/
if i could really prove its counterfeit they would give me shit loads of money i guess so i dont tell everyone that.
but well what's the problem they could have got the OEM version before the release of windows 8 in stock and then used it when i bought my pc.
that's the site but you wont understand a word i guess

Nobody except OEMs can sell OEM_SLP installs - and they must be preinstalled, or supplied only for reinstall.

    Please describe your purchase...
COA sticker or Proof License label?
    One disc or two?
    What sort of packaging?
OEM or Retail on the box?

PC-building companies have OEM copies - but not of the type you have, unless the are one of the big 20 or so in the world. (on a par with Dell, HP, Acer/ASUS, etc) - and yours can only ever be valid on an ASUS machine, anyhow.

    Good news. :)

But you should take proper action about the windows product key. Selling a computer with counterfeit installation is illegal and taking the price for it from the customer is a fraud.

Your system was modified to accept the illegal use of that ASUS product key on a retail MSI motherboard.

If you paid for a legal version of windows, you were ripped off, period.
