    BSOD When Shutting Down

Hello all when I shut down my Dell Optiplex 755 it BSOD and not all the time. I check the drivers and they are all up to date via the Dell's website so not sure what else to do. Anybody can look at my dump file to see if I miss anything?

    Thanks,
    Z

    Hi There,

Looks like they are being caused by National Instruments Lab View Driver,

    Code:
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\NIPALK.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for NIPALK.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for NIPALK.sys
    Probably caused by : NIPALK.sys ( NIPALK+120e6 )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    Driver Reference Table - nipalk.sys

    Which is insanely old,

    Code:
    Loaded symbol image file: NIPALK.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\NIPALK.sys
        Image name: NIPALK.sys
        Timestamp: Mon May 12 14:21:05 2003 (3EC01041)
        CheckSum: 0007ACFC
        ImageSize: 00079000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
See if there is an update or just uninstall completely.
