Random BSOD and trouble upgrading to new Win 8

Here is my story:

I have been happily using my computer for a couple of years, Starting off with Windows 7 then upgrading to Win8, then 8.1.

Last week, Windows 8.1 decided not to load properly and hung with just a black screen - I checked out other forums and decided to try and re-install the OS. What I didn't realise at the time was that the copy of WIndows 8 I have is upgrade only.

Anyway, after trying a couple of different things, here I am with a new Hard Drive and a new motherboard. I have loaded Windows 7 from original purchase, but it seems to be having all kinds of problems with drivers and loading other software. Not to mention frequent BSOD. I need a solid install of Windows 7, so I can then upgrade again to Windows 8, and 8.1 (I cannot use this version of Win 7 as it is loaded on another machine here too).

I have performed the dm log collector procedure and attached the files. I really don't know what to do next - I can't afford to keep buying new stuff and seeing if it is the problem. Can someone please confirm what I need to do/replace and I will be extremely grateful.

An update.

PC went into sleep mode, then crashed when woken up. Reboot stated that there was no longer a hard drive attached. I tried plugging the drive into other SATA 3 ports but it now does not register it at all.

I have registered a query with the drive manufacturer (Kingston) to see what can be done. I have other SSD drives that I can install the OS on, so would still like to know if I have a problem with other bits of my system. I will now obviously need to do (another) fresh install of Windows 7. I don't really want to get into that though until I can resolve the other problems.

I class this as bloatware so I recommend you remove such software.

I suggest following these instructions and rolling back your display driver.

I would go back to late 2013.

SO I could solve this problem just by installing a earlier version of the graphics driver?

COuld you explain to me what the other flags are e.g. Illegal Page Fault, The CPU trying to access memory it cannot address (does this mean some of memory is broken? I did do a MemChk, and it came back without fault).

I have to reinstall the OS again anyway because of the problem I explained in my second post, so I'll try to update to SP1 ASAP, and then have a look for the drivers.

Well the illegal page fault is caused by an attempt to access a memory address that hasn't been loaded into physical memory, this can be caused by many things.

The access violation doesn't mean that CPU is faulty, it means that (normally driver related) that something tried to access a memory address that it wasn't allowed.

In this case it was your Nvidia driver.

Good morning.

I started the procedure again this morning. Installed Win7 from Original DVD. First thing I did after that was to install the LAN driver that came with my motherboard, then Google Chrome.

Then I logged into this forum and followed the instructions to update to SP1 (I went down the route of automatic update as there were many options on the download site for SP1 and I have no clue as to which one I need). Straight away after setting the automatic update running - BSOD.

Could this be something like my power supply being on the blink? I read that it can be a cause of problems. I'm really grasping at straws now. Should I just continue with the install and updates, or should I try to find the right full download from Microsoft?

A failing power supply may well be the cause, unfortunately we cannot test it, same as the motherboard.
Sometimes there's only so much we can do until you'll have to bite the bullet and start replacing parts.

Upload the dump file, I'll see if there are any leads.

Another quick update.

While I was waiting for you to reply, my computer did another BSOD and then went to the start-up repair facility. It said that it could not be repaired and to shut down.
