We need more information to analyze your logs. Follow Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions, let the tool run until it has completely finished and then upload the new logs.

No problem. Right, looking at your logs you're having trouble with your ASMedia USB 3.0 Host controller drivers.

    Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for asmtxhci.sys

    Probably caused by : asmtxhci.sys ( asmtxhci+1dbaa )
Looking at the timestamp for your ASMedia drivers, they're both very old and need updating.

    Code:

Update your ASMedia USB 3.0 controller drivers here.

Also it seems that Paragon HFS+ Mounter Helper Driver is causing issues. Is this software enabled at startup?

    Code:

I thought it seemed like that was an issue I have had issues with usb devices since day 1. Also yes paragon was enabled at start up, so I went ahead and disabled that. OK updated the USB host drivers....I think.... fingers xed!!! Thank you !!!!!

Yeah that's the one. Good call on disabling the Paragon software which was going to be my recommendation. Let us know how you get on.

    Attachment 321835

Something is still not right.... its crashing again and when it reboots the video driver is missing on the auto reboot... then it gets hung up on windows shutting down..... thoughts? Ill post the new dump as soon as its done... Im ready to just give up and throw this expensive thing in the dumpster....I really cant believe all the problems im having here.... I really think somethings fishy with the EVGA board or the BIOS..... this is the first time ive ever not built on ASUS and likely wll be the last.

    Don't give up!

It's your ASMedia USB 3.0 Hub driver, at least the host controller has been sorted.

    Code:
    0: kd> lmvm asmthub3
    start end module name
    fffff880`091db000 fffff880`09200000 asmthub3 T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: asmthub3.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\asmthub3.sys
        Image name: asmthub3.sys

What's the exact model of your motherboard?
