For the time being lets ignore drivers and see if your GPU is failing as it's the same error.

Stress test your graphics card with Furmark

I recommend running it for around 30 minutes

warning   Warning

Furmark will increase the temperature of your GPU rapidly so keep and eye on your temperatures

Ran the Furmark program. First time using, not really feeling comfortable with it. Starting temp was 69C, within 5 minutes it got to be 100C. Stopped at that point. Should I really let it go 30 minutes? I do not think it would last that long.

No it says if your GPU is overheating then stop.

This is a laptop correct?
I knew GPUs overheated more but that's bad, are you using it on a certain surface?

Is this a Laptop? Your system specs list a custom built Desktop. Either way, the temps, both starting and while running Furmark are way too high. If you would please completely list the system specs for the machine we are dealing with as completely as possible. If it is a laptop, are we talking about a dedicated GPU or is it running of the CPU graphics? Also, if it has a dedicated GPU what is the model and is it switchable graphics?

It is desktop.

Specs:

Processor: Intel i7-4820K CPU @ 3.70GHz
RAM: 12.0 GB
O/S: Windows 7 64-Bit
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4890 1GB x2

TheDoctor44 - What do mean by "a certain surface"?

essenbe - I believe I have 2 dedicated GPUs and how would I know if a "switchable graphics"?

That pretty much only applies if it's a Laptop. So, no problem.

Another morning, another BSOD. Attached is the latest debug file. Have not had time to do the furmark test yet (I want to be there to monitor it). So is the consensus that the BSOD are because of my GPUs?

Code:
BugCheck 116, {fffffa800b8fb190, fffff8800415eefc, 0, 2}
Yep, the same error, display related still.
You need to run Furmark as it looks GPU related.

So I ran FurMark for 30 minutes, and I want to say that once it reached 30 minutes, the Computer went BSOD on me.

The temperture it reached at that time was around 96.

I have had a couple of BSOD since last posting too. Attached the latest debug file.

Yes, 96C is way too hot for a GPU, I just checked your dump file and it is indeed a 0x116 again.

Is there sufficient airflow?

Do you have another GPU to test?

Is the GPU under warranty?
