I two GPUs (both Radeon HD 4890 1GB) on the mobo now and I actually have the side open so airflow should not be a problem. I do not have any extra GPU to test. Both GPUs are five years old, so I am not really sure about warranty. I looked all over the box, but no mention of a warranty. Do you think it would help if I took one of the GPUs out?

Try it with one GPU as one might be faulty.

There won't be any warranty left on five year old GPUs.

Okay, I will try just one. Is there a method to choosing?

Just run Furmark on each one for around 30 minutes.

The 4890 is a hot running GPU in any case, much less running Furmark, 96C should not make it BSOD, although it is hotter than I would like to see. I say 96C should not make it BSOD, but that depends on the accuracy of your temp monitoring program and the health of your cards.

Okay, I am going to remove one of my GPUs and test the one that is in the Mobo.

Guess the consensus is telling I should upgrade my GPU. I am thinking of the Radeon R9 270X 4GDDR5....
