BSOD on Reinstall Windows 7; Deleted OEM/Restore Partitions; Dynamic

Hello, I have a very complicated problem.

A few months ago, I tried to dual boot but figured out that it had too many partitions and before I knew it, I converted my disk to dynamic on accident. So, I tried a lot of software to restore my HDD to basic and only paid options are available. The software provided here, Partition Wizard, only turns disks back to basic if it has 3 or less partitions, and I was sure that my recovery partitions made me had 5 partitions. I downloaded GParted and deleted 3 partitions labeled OEM Partition, Recovery Partition, and WINRETOOLS. On restart, I could not go into Windows 7. I had a BSOD in the seconds after the Windows 7 logo starts to form. So, I booted into my install disk, copied my important files, and reinstalled Windows. After the main install GUI, the first restart occurs and I get that BSOD! I can't help but think I ruined my computer's hard drive or boot scheme. I'm pretty sure I did not delete my UEFI/EFI Partition as it still appears. As of now, I'm desperate and I'm attempting to install Windows 8 and to see what happens from there. If you can help, it would be awesome. It's my best computer and I do not want it to go to waste.

Thanks,
Matthew (LCT01a)

Please do use the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions, it'll help us to diagnose this problem.

Thanks,

PeregrineX

EDIT: I now see that you are unable to boot into windows, making the BSOD posting instructions useless. I will do some research on this BSOD, but without the proper information, I might not find a solution.

The BSOD seems to be 0x0000001. Windows 8 failed to install and it displayed this error code.

I installed Ubuntu and deleted all the partitions but the EFI partition and reinstalled Windows. Thank you Linux!
