I tried to software and running it in administrator mode, but it did not help the cause.

The program should create a .zip file on your desktop. Please attach it to a new reply.

    Sorry, I couldn't really understand.

To run the file as administrator, right click it, and select "Run As Administrator". Then it should give you a zip file.

Do you have administrative rights on your user?

Ok, right click the file, and this time, click on "Properties" at the bottom. Next, go to the compatibility tab at the top, and check the box next to "Run This Program as an Administrator". Then hit "Apply", and close out of it. It should work when you double-click it now.
