Check and see if you have C:/Windows/Minidump folder if so copy it and paste it to your desktop, zip iy up and upload it here. meanwhile configure you computer for small memory dumps Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD and run check disk on your hard dives. Check to be sure you have a Minidump folder in C:/Windows, if after setting your computer to create them, reboot and look again. If there is not one there, create one named Minidump

yes i'm aware of that you've seen that the memory dump fails with status 0xC000009C
so what errors can we address with the dump from the 13th??

We've already addressed that as much as we can, I know we ran memtest and I think you ran hard drive diagnostics and removed Norton. Those were the things from that dump that it appeared to be.

ok let me tell you where things are...
ran the checkdisk utility - found and fixed lots of disk issues - so now i'm a bit concerned about the drive.
discovered that i had 6GB yes GB of firefox error messages - deleted those, and uninstalled flash which seemed to be the problem. So i'm not getting the cpu issues in the resource monitor that i had been, however it has bluescreened me once today. did not save anything to the dump file, so i'm a bit perplexed as you saw from the screengrab that it's enabled. Was too fast to get a picture so i could see what the issue was referring to. Have not initialized the driver utility yet as i had a bunch to catch up on today.

I would run SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use and get the results and try to RMA the drive, if you have bad sectors. A lot of times bad sectors just get worse.
