This is definitely helping though. Looking like its not an issue with the pc at least.

It's hard to say at the moment but it's possible. There are a couple of other tests you can run to rule out the HDD as well after a complete round with Driver Verifier.

Just to verify, can you tell me how many passes MemTest86+ completed in those 24 hours?

First pass went for 29 minutes so Im guessing maybe at least 20 passes. Left it going from 1200pm till about 8am the next day. Not one error. Also I ran hdd re-generator on the HDD and no errors found. Also ran chkdsk. I've been flogging it too, streaming multiple videos at once whilst downloading some torrents and running full virus scan. Never missed a beat.

I'm not sure how many passes would complete in eight hours but I'm certain it wouldn't be twenty. We need to confirm it's run eight passes, I know it's tedious but could you run it again and make sure it completes at least eight passes. The more memory in there, the longer it will take.

10 passes no error's. No more blue screens. Take it back to customer tomorrow and see what happens when I start connecting peripherals.
