Windows 7: BSOD after using the computer for 30-45m.

I have now reset my computer to factory settings. No luck.

I had a dive in the manual that came with my computer, and one that I found at Acer's website. I can't find anything that will help me find the SSD in the computer's case. If you'd like to take a look in order for certainty, the english one is attached to this message. Attachment 330339

I don't know what to do.

There is nothing in the manual that is even close to a maintenance schematic or anything that shows what is located where. Can you find a maintenance manual? Is your computer under warranty?

I haven't been able to locate any maintenance manual. I did take a dive into my computer, but didn't see an SSD. There was something, something located under the DVD/BluRay rack between the harddrive rack, but it's (by the looks of it) very hard to retreive.

My computer is under warranty. It expires in less than a month.

I'd contact them and try for an RMA before the warranty runs out, They will probably try to stall you until it does run out, so be insistent.

Well, I don't believe that they would give me a new one. The only option I see is driving down to the store and sending it in for repairs, which is what I'll be doing within the next coming 2 weeks.

Thank you for your help, essenbe.

You are welcome for what help I was able to give. But, you have to get an RMA number from them before sending it in. No, they will not give you a new one, but they can fix the one you have now.
