Computer is crashing.Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

    Hi,

My computer, Dell optiplex 760 Windows 7 Professional 32-bit, is crashing. The crashes often happen when i'm playing this game, League of legends, but it also crashes at random points while on a social media or gaming websites.

    How to fix? Help please.

I used the DM log collector application and everytime it's done collecting the data, it will not let me save the information and quickly jump to a page saying it's already been put in a zipper folder but i can not find the zipped folder.

In this situation you may take the option two of Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

In the middle of 3 crashes in a row, I found the log.

I've taken the liberty of looking at your logs in Arc's absence.

Your Intel Graphics Driver is very old and needs updating.

    Code:
    1: kd> lmvm igdkmd32
    start end module name
    8da0c000 8df09000 igdkmd32 T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: igdkmd32.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\igdkmd32.sys
        Image name: igdkmd32.sys
        Timestamp: Wed May 06 19:13:40 2009 (4A01D354)
        CheckSum: 0048DF97

Look for an updated version here.

    Thanks.
I successfully installed the Graphics driver update.

There is also a Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility (Chipset INF) update available but everytime i try to download that one it tells me "The file that you are trying to download has either been moved, renamed or archived."

The graphics driver update should do it, don't worry about the other one. Do some testing and let us know how it goes.

I will...I'll see how well it holds up. If it doesn't crash for a whole day, then it's fixed
