Infrequent ntoskrnl.exe BSODs

I've been having BSODs over the past few months that can either happen a few times a weeks or go for several months without a single one. In every case, ntoskrnl.exe is always the cause for it. It usually happens right before the desktop screen loads when the computer boots up, or a few seconds after I open Chrome.

I've run memtest+ and Seatools a few months ago without any problems on either end. Also, I don't think I've had a BSOD when doing anything graphically intensive before, so I think a faulty GPU can be ruled out. I'll appreciate any input on the problem, thanks.

Uninstall these programs. Both come full of crapware, malware and little surprises. God knows what you're infected with after installing those.

I couldn't find any drivers on that link you gave me, and I'm having trouble finding updated versions of that driver from other websites. Instead, I just went an re-installed the same ASM driver from the motherboard manufacturer's website, since it still looks like the most recent version there. The two programs you mentioned have already been removed, so maybe I'll just wait and see if the BSODs have stopped over the next few weeks.
