    Different BSOD, trying to ID the issue from dumps.

    I had a computer that has been crashing and I turn on Driver Verifier to get the correct a dump from what has been causing the problem. Here are a few of the dumps to try and see what has been causing the crashing if you can help.

    Hi ZMan.

    This time the DV enabled crash dumps are pointing to windriver6
    (c:\windows\system32\drivers\windrvr6.sys).
    Code:
    BugCheck C4, {f6, f3c, fffffa800d95e6c0, fffff88004413985}

    This page is actually uninatallation instructions for it, but there are two other useful links in the page, about version 11.6 and an option to talk with them. How to Uninstall WinDriver - Jungo Connectivity Ltd

    Decide your way there.

    But as your issue is long term and recurring, do two more things.

    Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept then restart.

    Uninstall Norton and all Symentec products using Norton Removal tool. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

    Let us know the results.
