    BSOD event ID 41 task category 63 dmp included


    hi all, first post, long time lurker here and so far have found a fix to most of my problems just googling and ending up here in many cases but I need some very specific help so I just joined up today

    so, I got a bsod out of nowhere twice these past 2 weeks, and not while gaming or anything specific.. just browsing the net and suddenly

    I've attached the dmp file here, could someone please have a look ?

    Probably caused by : iusb3xhc.sys ( iusb3xhc+5fe8 )

    That's the Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller driver, update it.


    Also update the following drivers:

    PowerISO Virtual Drive driver

    hi, thanks for the reply

    just got one again, this time saying 'a wait process attach process or yield was attempted from a dpc routine'

    I'll see about updating the USB 3.0 eXtensible host controller driver right away

    will report back, thanks again ! :)
