Bsod on startup, impossible to boot.

When I boot into windows 7 I see this:
STOP:0x0000007b (0x80786b50,0xc0000034,0x00000000,0x00000000) and safe modes do not work.
I do not have a disk drive but I do have f3 recovery (don't know if you need the disk of recovery) and I do have access to another pc.
I can only go to startup repair options (because startup repair could not find the problem) I have access to cmd but not system restore because I turned off system restore.
I posted this a few days ago with a different title and all I got was a link that did not help me at all.

Safe mode will not work. Stop 0x7B means inaccessible boot device. The computer is not finding a HDD to boot from.

If you dont have a disc drive, the computer is rightly not finding any.

But your system specs say .....
    Hard Drives Would say 320GB
    Would say?

    Do two tests.

Test your HDD with Seatools for DOS: SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use

Scan the system for possible virus infection with Windows Defender Offline

Let us know the results. And continue in this thread only. Because some other steps may be needed to take based on the results of these tests.

0x0000007B - INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE bug check. This bug check indicates that the Microsoft Windows operating system has lost access to the system partition during startup. This means Windows recognized the disk and started but the disk failed to complete an I/O.

This could be a failed disk controller or a corrupt area on the disk. It's probably better to remove the disk so it can be tested and/or replaced. Did you get any warning messages such as Auto Check or Check Disk from Windows before the problems started occurring? Windows will normally give warnings about a problem disk. It's good to start planning a replacement when such warnings occur.

It's tough to diagnose a problem after the fact. Unless you can recover the logs from the disk with your other system, there's no place to look. You could try reseating both ends of the cable and power cable. Also try reseating the memory module(s). If that doesn't work, best just to get a new disk and install Windows on it. You might be able to recover files from the old disk later if it's readable.
