BSOD Random "CUSTOM_ERROR" Multiple Flash Windows

Hello, My name is gorge.
I would like to ask for help with my BSOD problems, sometimes when i open 6+ windows the BSOD pops up.
i used to have a problem with video driver but after follow a lot of steps, i handle to eliminate BSDO from video driver.
