    windows unexpected shut downs.
Hello for the pass few week's I've been having windows shut down on me. I get the message Windows has had an unexpected shut down. It says it will let me know when there is a solution. Any one have any idea's what may be causing this problem or how I can fix it. I have windows 7 and was wondering is there a program in it that can be run to diagnose the problem. I was having a problem with a blue screen but seem to have fixed it then the windows problem started. I would appreciate any help possible. Thank you lee

I had help from another member who gave me some things to try. After one of them the problem seemed to be fixed till Friday when it happened again as well as yesterday and today. So I'm back again looking for help. I'm so so at doing things on the computer but there is a lot I don't understand so you'll have to bare with me. Thank you lee

Unexpected windows shut down still happening.

I'm still having a problem with windows unexpected shut downs. I've added a copy of the message I get when it happens plus the DM Log requested. I put it in about a week ago and haven't heard from any one since. Also how can I deleted some of the old messages I placed on this site.
I do hope I hear from some one with a solution to this problem. Thank you. lee
