Happy 4th! No bsod yet but browsing is very hard to connect to pages. In the event log I have a huge amount of this error "
2014/07/04 11:14:47.728|00001EB0|Error |CWLAN::SignalStrengthChanged|Fire_SignalStrengthChanged failed [hr:0x800706BA]" get hundreds of those a day. Not sure if it is related or it belongs on another board. What do you think and where should I start troubleshooting? Thanks

Signal dropping is mostly the issue with the physical connection and an issue from the part of the ISP. But I am not the right person to help you in this. The best would be you start a thread in Network & Sharing - Windows 7 Help Forums with a reference to this thread. The networking experts will guide you in the right way. :)

For any further BSOD, post here.

A stray unexpected shutdown may be overlooked .... but if continues or if the frequency increases, specific attention will be needed.

Actually the issue with Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 1000 continues till now.
    Code:
    FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0x9F_3_POWER_DOWN_NETwsw00_IMAGE_pci.sys

    BUCKET_ID: X64_0x9F_3_POWER_DOWN_NETwsw00_IMAGE_pci.sys

    ANALYSIS_SOURCE: KM

    FAILURE_ID_HASH_STRING: km:x64_0x9f_3_power_down_netwsw00_image_pci.sys
Try another version of the driver. Get Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers for Windows 7.

Let us know how is it doing now.
