    Computer Keeps Crashing

My computer randomly crashes, while reading email, watching a video, while surfing the web.
I did a repair installation as laid out in the tutorial, except that I was unable to create a bootable DVD, since I only have one Windows partition.
The computer is still crashing randomly.
If I install Windoed from an OEM disk, will this solve the problem?
I have all of my files and programs backed up on a Clickfree automatic device.

I have attached the debug file.

    Hi there,

Let this run until it says it has completed,

    1. Download this file to your desktop or other convenient location,

    Download

    2. Double click on the file to run it.

    3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

I do not see a zip file.
I have a SFdebugFiles folder with several files in it
I have attached the dxdiag file. if that is not the correct one, please let me know which one is.
By the way running the program shut my computer down many times.

We would be glad to if you uploaded the dump files, the dxdiag is almost useless in debugging, it can be helpful for some additional info at times.

I'm not sure why you are having problems with the other tool, try option two here,

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

If you are talking about the text file in your first post, that is a system info list, basically a list of your system components and other info.

Nothing to do with the info needed to analyze the crashes.

Have you tried running the other tool?

Do you have a folder located at C:\Windows\Minidump?
