BSOD While downloading

    That driver is an .exe so it will install like a program, you can uninstall after you download the driver and then run the .exe you downloaded and it will install itself.

    So I uninstalled and re-installed and it still crashed. Is there any more options I can explore?

    Can you try connecting to the ethernet port, then uninstall the driver and reboot and let windows install the driver it finds, see if that helps.

    No luck! Still crashed after a couple minutes.

    Please upload the info from this tool,



    1. Download this file to your desktop or other convenient location,


    Download



    2. Double click on the file to run it.

    3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

    the program still does not place a zipped file on my desktop
