    Hi There,

You need to update to SP1 as well as the ensuing updates that follow it.

We also need the info from this tool,

    Additional information is required.

    1. Download this file to your desktop or other convenient location,

    Download

    2. Double click on the file to run it.

    3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

There are a lot of necessary items in those updates and SP1 that should be a top priority right now.

I am updating to Sp1 now...

here are the files also, I had to upload to mediafire, because for some reason they wouldnt upload here:

also, I got some application and checked the windows dump files and there seems to be a common file causing the errors:

    does this indicate anything?

What happened when you try to upload them here? That is the preferred method.

The drivers in your bottom screenshot, two are microsoft drivers so not the actual cause.

The nvlddmkm.sys is your Nvidia driver which could be the cause.

I would like you to finish the update procedure before going any further, I'd also appreciate if you told me what happened when you tried to upload here.

From the look of what you uploaded to media fire, all I see are dumps and no other files the tool would have created, it also would have zipped them up.

That's because the dump files aren't zipped up.

Are you letting the tool run completely? It will take a few minutes and it will also zip the files up for you.

I seriously doubt the microsoft files are corrupt, dump files will often point to a probably caused by in the beginning which is usually a false positive blame of a microsoft file.

With a few commands you can usually find the actual cause using windbg, and not that generic tool.

    Much better,

You are still missing over a 100 updates, keep running it till no more are offered.

    Code:
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
     nvlddmkm+0x3491c3
    Code:
    Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys
        Image name: nvlddmkm.sys
        Timestamp: Mon May 19 16:08:44 2014 (537A8EFC)
        CheckSum: 00C1EA41
        ImageSize: 00C64000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
That is your graphics driver, try using an earlier version. You may want to go back to this one,

NVIDIA DRIVERS GeForce 331.58 Driver WHQL

Or it may take a couple different tries with different versions.

This is a good guide as well,

    NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems

You also have a couple of these,

    Code:
    BugCheck 50, {fffff900c465ca60, 0, fffff9600029260d, 0}

Could not read faulting driver name
Which are usually related to Memory, testing your ram would be a good idea,

       Information
    MemTest86+

Run a minimum of 8 passes, preferably overnight, or until errors occur using MemTest86+.

Use this tutorial to help you use MemTest86+:
    RAM - Test with MemTest86+

Finish the updates first, it's best to get the OS up to date and secure before doing anything else.

okay, I am running all the available updates now, I will let you know once they are complete, so we can take action. also, I have a quick problem on the side, that is with my Wifi, I am using a TP-LINK Wireless USB Adapter for my PC, and every now and then it is like my PC loses connection with it, and I have to pull the adapter out of the USB and then re connect it for the computer to reconnect to wifi. sometimes this doesnt work and it says no network connection and I have to restart the machine. This becomes a problem when I am wanting to download a large 3GB + file through my web browser as I have slowish internet (150KB/s) and whenever I am like half way downloading it disconnects and I have to restart it.

That may just be your connection, you can see if there is a driver update but I doubt that will help,

    TL-WN721N - Welcome to TP-LINK

I would get rid of a bunch of those startup items though,

    Startup Programs - Change

This may end up being an issue for the networking folks but lets stay focused here for now.
