Random freezing only when playing games, no BSOD

First of all, im sorry for my english. Still learning....

After 1 year of using integrated GC from my i5 4570 i decided to buy extrernal GPU. I did it 3 days ago, I bought R9 270. And i have some problems with random freezes when playing games. Only hard reset solving problem. There is no problems in deskop, i dont have BSOD too, so i do know where to check the logs of this event, only freezing in games. Thoese works fine (good fps), temps are ok, doesnt metter where game is instaled, in my HDD or SSD... I dont think thats colud be AC either. Its Deus G1 500W. Everything is cool until this random freezers. Its very annoying. Please give me some adviece.

And i have the up to date drivers for GPU, Catalys 14.6. ;/

Patriota2 first of all, don't worry about the language, I thought you did very well. In your post you said you bought an external R9 270, did you mean an Internal? Also, you would not have any problem on the Desktop as the card is not under any strain at all. Is it only one game you are having problems with, or all games?

Please follow these instructions and post the results in your next post. Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions also

Please fill out your System Specs

       Information
Your System Specs will help us to help you, and doing it in this manner will make them available to all helpers in every post and keep us from hunting for them. We ask that you fill them out in as much detail as possible including Desktop or Laptop, Model number if it is an OEM computer and all components with the Manufacturer and Model number if possible.

If you will go to your last post and click the 'System Specs' in the bottom left of the post, you will find a link to update your system specs. Please fill those out in as much detail as possible. If you would like to know what we would like, you can click 'My System Specs' at the bottom left of this post to see mine. If you do not know what your components are, this will help you accomplish this task. System Info - See Your System Specs

If there is ever anything you do not understand, pleas ask for clarification, or if you don't understand why I ask for a certain thing, please feel free to ask. I don't mind explaining at all.

Patriota2, I'll look at your files and get back with you soon. As far as the games, Watch Dogs gives almost everyone problems of some type, the other 2 I am not familiar with. I'll see what the files say.

Patriota2, There are no dump files in your Zip file. I would like you to do 2 things for me.
First configure your computer to create small memory dumps this will tell you how Please do step 1-4 and then step 6. Create a small memory dump. Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Next, if you don't still have it. Download your latest driver from AMD Desktop Next, please set Windows update to 'download updates and let me decide what to install' That is to keep Windows from automatically installing a driver for your card when you uninstall them. Next follow this tutorial Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling in uninstalling with that program, only check ATI Display driver. After you reboot, windows will install a graphics adapter which is OK. Now install your drivers, but do not use the express install, select custom or advanced which ever option you are given besides express install. If you can, install only the display driver and not CCC. You may not have that option, but you won't need the other things like sound drivers and such. once you are completed, you can change windows update to however you want. But, I would not let WU install a display driver.

Well i do a few test and i had one crash but to deskop (Watch Dogs), no need to hard reset. So thats might be just the matter of imperfection of this game. I hope...

Well at least we have some progress, no BSOD, no totaly freezes, just one crash. Tell me, could the game crashes (exactly return to deskop) becouse of the temperature of GPU? Is this kind of security measures exist at all?

Tomorow im gonna do another tests, but i have good feelings abaut that.

Yes, heat can make a card crash. See if MSI has a utility for your card or they do make MSI Afterburner. You can set a custom fan profile, and set it pretty high to keep the card cooler. It will also allow you to set an on screen display and view a lot of info while in game. Set it to show the card temp and fan speed. You will know if heat is making your game crash. But, Watch Dogs has been giving everyone trouble, if it hasn't been fixed yet.

hw monitor shows that usually the temp is abaut 67C. In max temperatures jumps to 72. i think its not dangerous hot. i suppouse its just the matter of game.
