BSOD still dont know what the problem is

Hi I have been getting the same BSOD for a while now. It pops up every hour or so and I use my computer very often. It says "A clock interrupt was not received on the secondary processor". I have literally tried everything I could think of doing. I have updated my bios, reset my cmos, did a diagnostic check on my CPU and passed, and even formatted my hard drive and re installed windows 7. I have an HP Z600 Workstation computer and I have recently changed graphics cards. I tried adjusting my vcore voltage too, but my computer doesnt support doing that and intel desktop control center doesnt support my computer either. I am seriously stuck. Someone please help me. I attached the zip from the Seven Forums Diagnostic application.

Okay Firstly i would update to service pack 1 as this could sort out a lot of your problems.

R u sure that its a software issue and not a hardware issue? I thought my problem might have been about my cpu or maybe about my power supply.

It possibly is a hardware issue as the Bugcheck is 101.

However if your computer is not update we cannot rely on the DMP files to be accurate.
