    BSOD Windows 7: Kernel data inpage error


    This BSOD occurs during shutdown. It happens every time I do a shutdown.
    The name of the driver at the bottom is different every time. (Picture Attached)
    This started happening after the last time I installed 10 MS critical updates.

    I don't think Win7 created a mini dump.
    Before this BSOD occurred I did follow these instructions to create a mini dump:
    Go to Start and type in "sysdm.cpl" (without the quotes) and press Enter
    Click on the Advanced tab
    Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
    Ensure that "Automatically restart" is unchecked
    Under the Write Debugging Information header select "Small memory dump (64 kB)" in the dropdown box
    Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as "%systemroot%\Minidump" (without the quotes)
    Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.

    Win7 Ultimate sp1 seems to run fine other than this BSOD after shutdown.

    This BSOD happened today while the computer was sitting doing nothing. That's the first time that has happened.

    As a test, uninstall BitDefender, Sandboxie Control and Check Point Zone Alarm.

    Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall stubborn software. Opt for Advance Mode while uninstalling which allows you to remove leftover registry:-

    Perform a Clean boot:

    Reduce items at start-up. No software except anti-virus is required plus doing this improves the time for logging into windows:

    Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
    • Click on the
    • Type CMD on Search
    • Left click and Run as Administrator
    • Type SFC /scannow

    Upload a screenshot of your hard disk using Crystal Disk Info:

    Make a hard drive test from the hard drive manufacturers website:

Hi, I've a hp pavilion d7 laptop and sometimes it turns off automatically and other times it shows me the BSOD that I attach. When it turns off it's when I'm using Dreamweaver CS6 or Adobe Photoshop CS6. When I'm using those programs the fan starts to make a lot of noise. Thanks.

Hello, Had this computer for a couple of years now and been getting 07a bug. The drives are all reporting healthy (HD Sentinel), ran chkdsk /f and sfc, malwarebytes. partmgr.sys and classpnp.sys are showing up in the crash reports. If someone can take a look and throw me a bone! Thanks!

More and more lately, I have been getting Kernel Data Inpage Error BSODs. They mostly happen when I am using Photoshop or other high memory tasks. Attached is the SF_DD_MM_YYYY.zip crash report thing. Any help is appreciated.
