Hello Rebecca,
Your Intel graphics driver is causing issues.
If you can specify your exact Dell model I can look for a more updated driver for you.Code:fffff880`076d9568 fffff880`054d195dUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\igdkmd64.sys, Win32 error 0n2 *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for igdkmd64.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for igdkmd64.sys igdkmd64+0x2a895d
ZoneAlarm is also causing issues.Code:1: kd> lmvm igdkmd64 start end module name fffff880`05229000 fffff880`05c4c120 igdkmd64 T (no symbols) Loaded symbol image file: igdkmd64.sys Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\igdkmd64.sys Image name: igdkmd64.sys Timestamp: Thu Oct 04 22:30:00 2012 (506DFFD8) CheckSum: 00A30195 ImageSize: 00A23120 Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

NoteMake sure you uncheck the 'Enable Free Trial' box when installing.
Kaspersky is also being flagged. Running two anti virus programs is asking for trouble, Uninstall Kaspersky.
Please answer the question regarding your model so we can get the graphics driver sorted and follow the above steps. Test and report back.Code:fffff880`07dc0858 fffff880`04684000*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for klif.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for klif.sys klif
Brilliant! Thanks for troubleshooting. I will take these actions now and report back. Here's my computer model info. Let me know if you need anything additional.

Rebecca, could you please download and run Speccy, click on the Graphics tab in the left hand pane and make sure that the graphics adaptor is expanded in the right hand pane. Take a screenshot of it using the Snipping Tool and upload the screenshot in your next post Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums.
There are a few Intel graphics drivers on the Optiplex 960 support page and I need to make sure I get the right one.
