Can anyone help fix this problem? The same BSOD keeps popping up in when working in various applications.

    Many thanks!

    Hello Rebecca,

Your Intel graphics driver is causing issues.

    Code:
    fffff880`076d9568 fffff880`054d195dUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\igdkmd64.sys, Win32 error 0n2

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for igdkmd64.sys
     igdkmd64+0x2a895d
If you can specify your exact Dell model I can look for a more updated driver for you.

    Code:
    1: kd> lmvm igdkmd64
    start end module name

        Loaded symbol image file: igdkmd64.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\igdkmd64.sys
        Image name: igdkmd64.sys

        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
    ZoneAlarm is also causing issues.

    Code:

Uninstall ZoneAlarm and install MS Security Essentials and MalwareBytes.

Make sure you uncheck the 'Enable Free Trial' box when installing.

Kaspersky is also being flagged. Running two anti virus programs is asking for trouble, Uninstall Kaspersky.

Rebecca, could you please download and run Speccy, click on the Graphics tab in the left hand pane and make sure that the graphics adaptor is expanded in the right hand pane. Take a screenshot of it using the Snipping Tool and upload the screenshot in your next post Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums.

There are a few Intel graphics drivers on the Optiplex 960 support page and I need to make sure I get the right one.
