    BSOD restarting PC, error

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 4105

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 1000009f
    BCP1: 0000000000000004
    BCP2: 0000000000000258
    BCP3: FFFFFA8009E03730
    BCP4: FFFFF80000B9C510
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

I was unable to copy anything from the PC as I got back to only see the windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown. Is there anything I can do to help diagnose the problem?

Using a 'minidump viewer' I believe it is due to 'ntoskrnl.exe' Thanks for your help in addressing this!

First try booting into safe mode:

Start your computer in safe mode - Windows Help

    If successful, do the below:

Reduce items at start-up. No software except anti-virus is required plus doing this improves the time for logging into windows:

    Perform a Clean boot:
