Computer keeps restarting at random times. Event viewer report in post

My computer keeps restarting at ramdom time during the day. If I play a movie using vlc that restarts it every time. I tried running Linux to see if it was a windows problem and still happend. Tried running memtest and it goes into a infinite restart loop after 15 sec in memtest. I swapped out ram and still the same problem. I'm thinking it's most either video card or motherboard. Another random problem I get is sometime when I turn the computer on I get no display and have to keep resetting it. I unhooked everything and cleaned out dust and re applied heat sink. I have no more idea what to try. Here is a error report from event viewer

Computer keeps restarting at random times and shows BSOD
Hi, My computer keeps restarting itself at random times. Sometimes it shows the BSOD for a second or two (not long enough to read or copy it) and sometimes I just see "entering power save mode" without the BSOD. This has been happening over the past few months, sometimes very rarely...

Event Viewer Report ID
OMG I can't believe I'm posting this, but I must be blind today because I can't find my answer. Where do I find the report listed in Report ID in the Event Viewer under General when error is selected? I know, I can't believe I can't figure it out either! Thanks for the help.

Computer randomly restarting, no useful information in event viewer
For the past few weeks my computer has been randomly restarting. It is more common when I'm playing a game. I originally thought that my processor was hitting the shut down temp I set in bios, but I started recording the temp and the time after that it shut down, that temp was never reached. The...
