Another BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009F - updated zip file

I just got another BSOD with DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE and they are happening more often. I've attached the files using the SF tool and a screen shot of the BSOD. I sincerely appreciate any recommendations/assistance that you may be able to provide since it looks like I may have attached the wrong files earlier this year when I got it the first time.
