    BSOD after a few hour. May happen twice a day


    Anyone can help? My office's PC happened to has BSOD twice a day.
    I don't know how to solve it since I don't understand computer that much.
    I attach the dump files.

    Click on the button below ....



    It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.

    Hi devilcort.

    You uploaded the crash dumps only, not all the files generated by the DM log collector.

    Only dumps are not enough to suggest you the right way.

    You have to get the latest Intel HD graphics. But which one will be applicable for you cannot be told without seeing the other necessary files.

    I'm sorry. I just copy the zip files appeared on the desktop. Seems like some files didn't get compressed
    So I just copy the files manually. Hopes it'll works

    It says that the zip is incomplete. All the necessary files are there, but cannot be extracted.

    Have another try. Post it following option two of the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.
