1: MotionJoy is causing issues.

Code:

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

Uninstall MotionJoy, I've seen that causing BSODs regularly lately. See if there's a more stable previous version.

2: The next thing flagged is your Xbox Wireless USB driver. This is a known issue in Windows 7 with the 2009 dated driver.

Code:
fffff880`035f55c8 fffff880`05d95a5eUnable to load image xusb21.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for xusb21.sys

Code:

    Loaded symbol image file: xusb21.sys
    Image path: xusb21.sys
    Image name: xusb21.sys

    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
This seems to crop up when MotionJoy does although I can't confirm there's a definite link between the two. Do you have an official Microsoft Xbox controller? Search for updated drivers for it.

3: Avast! is also causing issues.

Code:
fffff880`035f4468 fffff880`01cdb7fb*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for aswSnx.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for aswSnx.sys

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for aswMonFlt.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for aswMonFlt.sys

Uninstall Avast using the tool linked below and install MS Security Essentials and MalwareBytes.

download

Note   Note
Make sure you uncheck the 'Enable Free Trial' box when installing.

4: Your nVidia driver is also being flagged.

Code:
fffff880`035f4080 fffff880`0f5c73daUnable to load image nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys

Update your system specs using the first link in my signature so I can recommend a driver for you to replace the problematic one with.
