    BSOD From Graphics Driver Help!?

    Sup internetees'?

    So occasionally, maybe once a week or so, i get a Random BSOD. Ive diagnosed it as my GPU driver: atikmpag.sys, but i do not know how to fix it. ive read on the inter webs that simpily updating wont fix it and something needs to be deleated in registry? idk, but there really is no other version of my driver except the beta. the BSOD happends very random. most of the time its in chrome on facebook, but sometimes its in game.

    Heres the details:

    Code:
    <DEVICE>
    		<DESCRIPTION>AMD Radeon R9 200 Series</DESCRIPTION>
    		<HARDWAREID>PCI\VEN_1002&amp;DEV_6798&amp;SUBSYS_30061043&amp;REV_00</HARDWAREID>
    		<SERVICE>amdkmdap</SERVICE>
    		<DRIVER>atikmpag.sys</DRIVER>
    	</DEVICE>

    i know 100% its that driver however. ive done the diagnostics twice with each result returning as that driver.

    Follow the instructions posted by HarriePateman so your logs cane be analysed, and do not edit your registry.

    Have you overclocked your GPU?

    yes, gpu is OC, but is 100% stable. also, only 3D clocks are OC not 2D. ive had it crash when on stock clocks too. i just clean wiped the drivers and installed the latest beta, see how that goes...

    So you're not going to upload your logs? And if the GPU crashed when no overclocking was applied then overclocking it is probably making things worse. Remove the overclock and upload your logs.
