    Hello Eric95204,

Please run the Hotfix listed on: "0x000000D1 DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" Stop error on a Windows 7 SP1 or Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1-based computer

Can you also run a scan with http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Please follow this guide, written by Gerry Conrell.

Please upload and share with everyone fresh copies of your System and Application logs from your Event Viewer.

To access the System log select Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer, from the list in the left side of the window select Windows Logs and System. Place the cursor on System, select Action from the Menu and Save All Events as (the default evtx file type) and give the file a name. Do the same for the Applications log. Do not provide filtered files.

    Thank you,
    VinnyBuxton

    Hello Eric95204,

Did you recently try to install Windows Updates and one of them failed?

Please run the Windows Update Troubleshooter and let me know what the results are. Open the Windows Update troubleshooter - Microsoft Windows Help

Can you also reset the Windows Update Components, this may help. How do I reset Windows Update components?
Run System File Checker SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Follow the instructions listed on: Event ID 10 is logged in the Application log after you install Windows Vista Service Pack 1 or Windows Server 2008

    How is the computer now?

    Thank you,
    VinnyBuxton
