BSOD in BF4 Bugcheck code: 0xD1

Hello, thanks for taking a look in my thread. Here is my problem, I keep getting various errors while playing BF4. Originally I was having audio then video problem which I believe I have addressed now. Basically I get random crashes, the game is pretty demanding but it appears random. I can upload my system information if it helps but I have already checked my ram three times and my HD twice. No problems with either as far as i can tell.

I have uploaded my recent dump and below is what I got from the dump but I was hoping someone could help me a bit more explaining it or helping out.

Let me know if I can supply any additional information, I want to resolve this asap. I am considering a reformat but I don't really want to spend the time immediately to do that.

On Sun 7/20/2014 3:13:49 AM GMT your computer crashed

    crash dump file: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntkrnlmp.exe (nt!KeBugCheckEx+0x0)
    Bugcheck code: 0xD1 (0x1, 0x2, 0x8, 0x1)
    Error: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Bug check description: This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

    Hi There,

This is caused by your graphics driver,

    Code:
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmdag.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmdag.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmdag.sys
     atikmdag+0xa7367
    It's pretty recent,

    Code:
    Loaded symbol image file: atikmdag.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmdag.sys
        Image name: atikmdag.sys
        Timestamp: Thu Apr 17 19:13:16 2014 (53508A3C)
        CheckSum: 00EAEEE6
        ImageSize: 00F10000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
    Try using an older version,

    My Recommendation is to:

Uninstall your installed latest version of the display driver.

Then clean up any possible leftover.

Then install version 13.9 WHQL only.

Let us know how things go with that driver.
For future reference, use this tool to upload info when seeking help with a BSOD.

    1. Download this file to your desktop or other convenient location,

    Download

    2. Double click on the file to run it.

    3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

Okay I will give that a try. Does that minidump I uploaded correspond to that stop code? The crash I was trying to fix was yesterday not Thursday.

Do i need to upload the MEMORY.DMP file it doens't want to upload because the file is too large?

The 13.9 driver doesn't support my card apparently, I'm going to try the newest beta driver I guess.

    Update more crashing.

First crash no bsod, just a legit crash to restart. Right before the crash like 30 seconds before I got some crazy sounds coming through my headset while gaming went away for 10 seconds then boom crash.

Second crash random again, bsod minidump attached...

please help, I'm planning on doing a reformat on a separate drive to test everything. But im convinced its software.

The mobo I got fresh about 3 months ago, the ram is clean, hd is clean, video card is new, sound card is new, psu is new and every thing is up to date. Hopefully this crash says something.

    It's your graphics drivers again,

    Code:
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmpag.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmpag.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmpag.sys
     atikmpag+0x9f3c
Looks like you tried a newer driver,

    Code:
    Loaded symbol image file: atikmpag.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmpag.sys
        Image name: atikmpag.sys
        Timestamp: Wed Jul 09 08:19:51 2014 (53BD5D97)
        CheckSum: 0009298D
        ImageSize: 0008E000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Since you are only uploading single dump files instead of using the tool as requested, I guess you can just keep playing with different drivers till you find one that works.

The thing is I have been trying every single driver for months now with no success, hoping a new one fixes it.

I can use that tool today if you think it will show you something your not seeing now. I was confused by the last crash because it said direct x was the problem.

i will be reformatting a separate disk and installing bf4 only and testing it tonight (It takes around 2 hours of stress to bsod) which is pretty much all I had last night before I was dead.

let me know what you think.
