BSOD Page Fault in Non-Paged Area During Windows 7 install

Really hoping someone might have an idea of what I can do.... I'm stumped!

I was getting a number of BSOD's on my build last week (page faults, wink32.sys, etc.) that seemed to come up after new AMD catalyst drivers were installed (old vid card was a Radeon HD 5770) and decided the best approach would be to replace a bunch of components, wipe my SSD and go for a clean install of windows. So I picked up a brand new motherboard and vid card and now I can't even complete an installation of Windows 7 without getting a Page Fault in Non Paged Area BSOD. This often happens when I am going through the installation process, or if I manage to complete the install I get the black screen with a blinking cursor on boot and when I try to use the installation disc to repair I get hit with the same BSOD.

After researching online I noticed many people were able to correct the error with new RAM, so after trying each of my old sticks independently without success I picked up 2 brand new sticks from Micro-center and despite any configurations I try in the 4 slots I still get the same error. I also checked the timing settings in the BIOS and they are correct (and correctly identified) regardless of which RAM I try.

Literally the only components that aren't brand new are the CPU, the PSU, and the SSD (which is only about 3 months old and I picked it up after my old HDD started having some issues), and yet I'm still having these BSOD's. Any idea of what I can do? Thanks!

Before posting a BSOD thread, please read the instructions here: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

If you need to add new information like the dump files, please make a new post in your initial BSOD thread. Please do not make an extra new thread.

Apologies - I'd be happy to post the BSOD files if I could, but as I cannot get the OS to install correctly I can't access any of the dump files (if they are even being saved anywhere) or anything else for that matter besides the BIOS menu and the windows installation DVD.

I actually managed to clone a copy of another computer onto my SSD with a working install of windows 7 so I've at least been able to launch safe mode and collect a few BSOD's. Please see .zip file attached. Thanks for your help!!
