BSOD when launching webcam

Every Time I attempted to launch anything that uses my computer's built in webcam, it immediately crashes. This, to me at least, seems like a pretty clear indicator of an issue in the webcam driver, except when I tried to reinstall, the problem didn't go away.

I think I did this blue screen zip right, but if there's something wrong I'll try uploading another one.

Looking at the link to that site, I still don't have any idea what driver I need to download. There's nothing there called "Creative Camera Class Upper Filter Driver"

Thanks to some help from elsewhere, I unistalled Dell Webcam Central (the source of the file CtCldFlt.sys, which was the problem) and now everything works.
