bsod time after time for no apparent reason

This is a problem that is driving me crazy. I am gettig the dreaded bsod 5 to 8 times a day but for no apparent reason: no programs are running strangely and all the common functions seem to be working o.k.. It must be said that I am not very computer savy but I have tried the various help tips in the help section and even have removed a couple of programs that I thought might have been causing problems.
Iīm running 7,1 on a HP DV6, 2.2gb intel 7, quad core, 8gb ram, 1tb hd.and have about 90 additional programs installed. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Before posting a BSOD thread, please read the instructions here: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

If you need to add new information like the dump files, please make a new post in your initial BSOD thread. Please do not make an extra new thread.

I seem to have gotten things a little mixed about! I now have a file "SFdebugFiles" Is this the one that is meant? And how do I go from here (baby steps, please-as I said I really donīt know s..t about all of this). I know this is not a complete answer but must post before the next bsod, also I donīt have (or know how to use) any zip programs.

    No worries:

firslt go to this link: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

    Click Grab all.

Come back to this post, press the paperclip icon above your reply text input box, locate the file :)

Then i can have a look for you.

Is this what you want? I donīt know if I was able to attach the SFdebugFiles (if this is what you want) or not. Could not find any Grab all commando, is this found by a right hand mouse click? my Windows language is Swedish so there may be some translating difficulties for the commandos.
