BSOD Watching youtube videos and embedded FB videos.

    Hi all,

Im new here, and I hear this is the best place to get help with my current issue. Recently I installed beta drivers from amd (14.6) and whenever I watch videos on you tube or facebook I get a bluescreen shortly after. It goes so quick that I cant really read what the problem is, but when I go check in reliability report I see this.

    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
    Locale ID: 1033
    Extra information about the problem
    BCCode: 3b
    BCP1: 00000000C0000005
    BCP2: FFFFF8800F4D52EC
    BCP3: FFFFF8800B231950
    BCP4: 0000000000000000
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

Now I have since changed to a different beta driver (14.7) and It wasn't happening yesterday but today Im getting blue screens again when watching videos. I am currently back on 14.4 (official release) and it hasn't happened yet although its only been a few hours. truthfully I don't even know if its the video card drivers that could be causing but its only thing I have modified on the system since the problem started.

Any help or advice you guys can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance!

    Hi Gdavison86.

Uninstall your installed latest version of the display driver.

Then clean up any possible leftover.

Then install version 13.9 WHQL only.

Follow the steps properly as suggested. If you skip any of them, you may not get the desired results. Let us know the result.

Yes, the current driver is causing the issue. 13.9 is suggested coz it is more stable than th other recent ones.
