BSOD/Freeze when using Skype and when shutdown pc.

Hello everyone,

I got this new pc like 4 months ago, and the BSOD/Freeze started a month ago +-,

Mostly occurs when i'm on skype's call or when i try to shutdown the pc.

Hi ban3h4llow.

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats including BSODs.

I formatted the PC, installed all the updates, the newest VGA driver and the PC froze today again while i'm playing World of Warcraft with a skype call.

The zip (19.7 KB only) does not contain any crash dump there.

Run the DM log collector as admin, give it a time to complete and upload the new zip.
