Your Nvidia driver. Reinstall with a different WHQL driver depending on how the hard drive test comes out. If you reinstall, use this method and only install the display and the PhysX drivers. But let me know how the hard drive test comes out.
doing this now. going back to the last WHQL driver that is not this most current one. It BSOD again with those HDD out so gonna try the driver first before the HDD test. ill keep you posted what happens after i install this driver

If that does not work, take 1 card out and try it in both slots, then take the other out and try it in both slots. You may want to try each cad separately in both slots and run Furmark Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark in each slot. I would still test that hard drive though.

OK, let me know the results, run the short test and the long test. Then you can start the other stuff and I'll be back with you tomorrow.

The DOS one isn't working. Made a bootable USB like instructions say. But when I type in the
Dlgdiag5.exe it says bad file . Gonna try the windows one.

The quick test passed.

Doing extended now. Gonna take 4+ hours. I'll post in the morning what the results were.

If the extended passes I'll do the video card switching like you said.

OK, sounds good. My last bad drive passed the short test but failed the long test. But there is a reason it won't boot with the Raptor connected nut will if disconnected. That was strange and a very telling problem.

Well, I'm surprised, but good. go ahead with the drives. As I'm sure you know, we are doing trial and error now to see what is wrong. That works until you get to the PSU and motherboard which there are no tests for without extremely fancy equipment. It's just a guess.

well. I took my second video card out.

i remember you said i have had signs of problems since october of last year. and thats is when i got my second video card and went with SLI.

ever since i made first post i have been unable to even play diablo for more than a min. and i just was in the game casting a bunch of spells to get graphics up and it worked fine.

i ran daiblo 3 and Furmark and so far no BSOD or crash.

what else should i test? should i pop in the WD gaming drive and run the WD tool on that drive?

Yes, as I understood it, that was the drive you had trouble with, so the one you should test. I would also try the same thing in the second slot with the same card, then switch cards and try both slots again. It's possible you have a bad card or a bad pcie slot on the board. That's what I would like to check now.
