BSOD error 0x0000009f

Hello,

I keep getting BSOD at random times, even after i just lunched the computer.
I have all my windows updates, i have all my driver updates (using Driver Booster).
For example today i already got BSOD 4 times in 2 hours for no apparent reason.
This BSOD has been following me for some time.
I tried re-installing windows with all the drivers, i tried re formatting everything
and starting from scratch, but i just can't get rid of it.
My laptop is going for a cleaning everything 5-6 months, to remove dust and residues
that may be stuck in the fans... And to undergo a hardware check.
And everything seems to be fine, until BSOD strikes again, forcing the machine to reboot
and then i notice a very high CPU utilization. Impossible to do normal web browsing (youtube loads forever),
online games are impossible to play even at minimum settings everything lags horribly...

I tried everything i can think of to fix this, please help me.

Welcome to the forum krolike,

You have way too many items on start-up.

Perform a Clean boot:Reduce items at start-up. No software except anti-virus is required plus doing this improves the time for logging into windows:Please uninstall Daemon Tools. It uses a driver called sptd.sys which is known to cause BSODs in Windows 7.

Uninstall the software using Add/Remove Programs. Reboot the system. Once the program is uninstalled, run sptd.sys uninstaller to remove the driver from your system.

As an alternative, many people recommend the use of Total Mounter or Magic ISO

Bitdefender may be a contributer to BSOD's. I'd remove it as a test and replace with Security Essentials.

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
  • Click on the
  • Type CMD on Search
  • Left click and Run as Administrator
  • Type SFC /scannow

As instructed i performed a clean boot - so far no BSOD
I removed Bitdefender and installed Security Essentials.
Here are the screenshots you asked for,
There seems to be a problem with the freefall Protection.

I've been BSOD free since i do clean boots but i noticed
that my net speed and cpu seems to be dropping drastically .
Even SeaTools took about 30 min to download (Normally wound't take more then 30 sec).

Here are the screenshots of Long and Short Generic Test (Both passed successfully)
(Did :3.(a) For Non Seatools Brand HDDs, you can perform Short Drive Self Test, Short Generic Test and Long Generic Test. ).
But did not find Short Drive Self Test.
And unable to Fix all as non SeaTools Brand HDD.

Do i continue with the clean boots ?

Ok, here is some new information i found about issues in my system.
Not sure that it might be relevant, but here goes.

I did a Windows memory diagnostic and it came out good.
While i was looking for it in ncpa.cpl

I saw a couple of errors:

"WLAN Extensibility Module has stopped unexpectedly."

"The Intel® PROSet/Wireless WiMAX Red Bend Device Management Service service hung on starting. "

I dont have wimax in my country so i dont really even need it at this point.

This led me to check more startup programs using "Autoruns"
And here is some pictures of my findings.
Hope this may shed some light on my issues.

Well my laptop BSOD again ! (Shocker right !)
Same error DRIVER_Power_State_failure

Here is an attached screenshot from the app "BlueScreenview"

Here is some information on the components responsible for the crash but without a kernel debugger
i am unable read them, can anyone help me ?

BSOD While Shutting Down, error 0x0000009F
