Hi Wruschris,

I believe your issue is with the Graphics card. Here is what I found running the DeBug Tool. I would try to reinstall the driver or update the driver for the Graphics card. Hope this helps.

Thanks

Thanks. I have tried that before, but at your recommendation just uninstalled the intel q35 chipset and the hd audio device and let them both reinstall and get drivers.

I'm still getting some general weirdness, like IE shutting down. These are all the bsod dump files for today (so far). Again, i can seemingly work inside a software package like quickbooks, or other work related programs without any issue. That seems odd to me...

Also, Device Manager now shows a PCI device without proper drivers (under other devices). PCI Simple Communications Controller???

Here's the first one of the day. Windows Live Mail was the program open at the time.

I have "uninstalled" the Intel Q35 Express Chipset. In this "mode" it seems everything operates normally with no BSODs. Plug and play has recognized the display adapter and wants me to restart so it can install the drivers, but I've been down that road before. So, I think I will disable the graphics card and see how long I can go BSOD-free. Maybe even install a different card and see how it operates. Is it common for the card to go bad? Is there a way to "reset" or cleanly overwrite this device with drivers?
